Bugzilla support

As bug#87, first try but far from perfect ;) And as bug#87, can't make better without changing things in UI (and I prefer to avoid doing this myself, for obvious reasons ;)):

• there's no "packages" in buzilla, only products and components. This patch assumes product == package, but we lost the "components" information
• Conseil has only importance, Bugzilla has severity and priority
• Conseil has only status, Bugzilla has status and resolution
• Conseil has nothing for things like version, OS, Hardware... More important IMO: reporter.

Things I'll improve later:

• post comments
• try tofill the "package" column in search results
• implements packageExists
